What’s New in Movegistics CRM V4?

The latest release of our moving software reflects the diverse nature of Movegistics CRM users. Movegistics is no longer moving software just for small & medium size moving companies – We have been listening to the needs of its customers, and the result is Movegistics CRM 4.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s new in Movegistics CRM 4 – Moving Company Software.

One of the most exciting aspects of the new Movegistics release is our Native Electronic BOL App. Our electronic BOL app will help you go 100% paperless and breeze through Bill of Ladings. The BOL app has a built in workflow to help your crew lead complete moves efficiently and accurately with real time updates for Dispatch.

All New State of the Art UI

To begin with, we took extreme care not to change what’s already working well, i.e., the workflows inside Movegistics, and so we carefully gave a makeover to the user interactions without altering the workflows. We redesigned all screens with Google Material Design, a visual language that synthesizes the classic principles of good design with the innovation of technology and science. The result is beautiful user interfaces and a unified user experience that you will enjoy using regardless of your department or role in the company.

Moving Estimate Software

We firmly believe that form follows function, so we powered up the new release with even more automation and personalization to benefit every department in your company.

For our sales users, we baked more intelligence into our moving estimate software to help them accurately estimate any type of residential move with almost every variable involved such as pack by weight or by cartons, partial pack, stair carries, long carries, travel time, additional stops, crating, and more.


We also customized our highly raved about Visual Estimator so you can pick and choose
your own colors to blend in with your website’s branding.

We then rounded off the sales improvements with our new in-house e-signature capability to give your documents
a professional look with the convenience of electronic signatures and automatic notifications.



For our dispatch users, we added drag & drop scheduling in the calendar, and work order management with custom job activities so Dispatching can issue work orders for discrete tasks. We also built in contractor assignment and contractor commissions for our customers who use contractors to execute moves among many other new features in our moving software.


For our users in billing, we improved the integration with QuickBooks Online and added more features to the SIT/Recurring invoicing function. On the payments side, we now support having cards on file so you can charge the card when needed. We are also in the process of integrating with several major credit card processing gateways.



For owners and managers, we added an executive dashboard with multiple charts showing sales performance
based on pre-defined sales targets, revenue earned by lead source,
revenue earned by sales rep and current sales pipeline. We also added the ability to show a comparison
of estimates vs. actuals with variance highlighted so you can verify the accuracy
of your estimates while keeping a check on upsells.




Finally, we topped off our moving software’s new release with a multitude of additional features such as improved Google Maps integration, new opportunity wizards, improved customer dashboard and many more features that we know will make your life easier.
